THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS George Ngamau Ndegwa (deceased), of P.O. Box 16, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 1.62 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Murang’a, registered under title No. Loc.11/Maragi/1760, and the proposed administrator Peter Ndegwa Ngamau, vide Succession Cause No. E116 of 2023 letters of administration ad litem issued in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Murang’a, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the land register of the said piece of land is missing, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall proceed and open a new land register under section 33 (5) provided that no objection has been received within that period.
