THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Peter Karanja Mbai, (2) Stephen Karichu Mbai and (3) Kevin Wathuo Mbai, as the administrators of the estate of Mbai Kiarie Kagai (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that property, known as Ngecha/Kabuku/T.157, situate in the Kiambu County, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed and efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5) of the Act, provided that no objection has been received within that period.
