THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Maina Ng’ang’a (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land known as Nakuru/Rare/Nguruga/198, situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. E225 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant to Samuel Maina Karanja, and whereas the said court has executed land application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50, and whereas the said land title deed issued to Maina Ng’ang’a (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said application to be registered as proprietor by transmission L.R.A. 50 in the name of Samuel Maina Karanja, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Maina Ng’ang’a (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
