REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Grace Mukuru Muriuki (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Kirinyaga, known as Kabare/Kiritine/1720, containing 0.262 hectare or thereabouts, and whereas the Judge of the Law Court in Gichugu in Succession Cause No. E43 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Joyce Wanjiku Njenga (ID/10959514), and whereas all efforts to recover the said land title deed and be surrendered to the land registrar for cancellation have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said administration letters to Joyce Wanjiku Njenga (ID/10959514), and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Grace Mukuru Muriuki (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
