GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 15124

WHEREAS (1) Juma Rama Kheri, (2) Juma Seleman Mwakuhenza, (3) Omari Rashid Nyere, (4) Juma Omar Nyere and (5) Juma Ali Chigunia, are the indigenous registered owners in respect of all that piece of land known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo 41, 42, 43, 44 and 45 and 2030 being a resultant number of parcel No. 41, and whereas the said persons were applicants in Miscellaneous Civil application No. 5 of 2022 whereby the judge dismissed the application without issuing orders in regards to ownership, and whereas Land Dispute Tribunal No. 23 of 2025 after having taken all matters of ownership into consideration concluded that the land Kwale/Galu Kinondo/41-45 was grabbed and fraudulently taken away from the indigenous owners as listed herein, and whereas in the Kadhi’s Court at Kwale under Succession Cause No. 315 of 2014 whereby the court indicated that Kwale/Galu Kinondo/2030 constitutes the estate of Juma Suleiman Mwakuhenza, hence devolves to the surviving beneficiaries (1) Juma Rama Kheri, (2) Suleiman Juma Keunza, and whereas (1) Juma Rama Kheri, (2) Suleiman Juma Keunza having transferred the said interest of Kwale/Galu Kinondo/2030 to Nisha Ramji Ravji, and whereas the said transferor having met all the requirements of transfer under the Act, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall register Nisha Ramji Ravji as the bonafide owner of property known as Kwale/Galu Kinondo/2030, and any title deed held by anyone will be deemed null and void hence of no effect.
