THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Isaac Mokaya Makori, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/2285 (Ronda), situate in the district of Nakuru, and whereas the Environment and Land Court of Kenya at Nakuru ELC suit No. E240 of 2014, decreed that the land be registered in the name of the petitioner Samuel Ng’ang’a Thuo, whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the said land title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided that no objection shall have been received within that period, I intend to register Samuel Ng’ang’a Thuo, and upon registration the title deed issued earlier to the said Isaac Mokaya Makori shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect Dated the 16th October, 2025.
