THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Yusuf Juma Ahmacha, is registered as proprietor in absolute ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Nakuru Municipality Block 29/2284 (Ronda), situate in Nakuru District and whereas the Environment and Land Court at Nakuru in E.L.C Suit No. E240 of 2014 decreed that the land be registered in the name of Samuel Ng’ang’a Thuo, and whereas all efforts made to compel the registered proprietor to surrender the title deed issued in respect of the said piece of land have failed, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to register Samuel Ng’ang’a Thuo and upon such registration the title deed issued earlier to Yusuf Juma Ahmacha shall be deemed cancelled and of no effect.
