THE PHYSICAL AND LAND USE PLANNING ACT

PURSUANT to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above-mentioned plan for Engineer municipality was completed on 4th August, 2025. Copies of the plans prepared have been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the office of the County Executive Committee Member in charge of Lands Physical Planning Housing and Urban Development, Engineer Municipality office, Kinangop Subcounty administrators' office and on the county Website from 8.00 a.m.to 1.00 p.m. and 2.00 p.m. to 5.00 p.m. Monday to Friday. Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above plan may within sixty (60) days send the same to The County Executive Committee Member in charge of Land's, Physical Planning, Housing and Urban Development, County Government of Nyandarua, P.O. Box 701– 20303, Ol Kalou, Kenya and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made. Date the 16th September, 2025. STEPHEN K.
