O. Box 51027– 00200, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Kanana Renda Kerubo Mokaya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Kanana Renda Kerubo Mokaya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Kanana Renda Mokaya for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Kanana Renda Mokaya only.
