NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 14th October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 506, in Volume DI, Folio 490/3036, File No. MMXXIV, by my client, Ochieng Polycap Oliver Oluoch, formerly known as Policap Oluoch Ochieng, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Policap Oluoch Ochieng and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ochieng Polycap Oliver Oluoch for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ochieng Polycap Oliver Oluoch only.
