NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 2nd October, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 106, in Volume DI, Folio 327/3347, File No. MMXXV, by our client, John Ogamba Mainga (guardian), of P.O. Box 804, Naivasha in the Republic of Kenya, on behalf of Christine Moraa Ogamba (minor), formerly known as Christine Moraa, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Christine Moraa, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Christine Moraa Ogamba, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Christine Moraa Ogamba only.
