NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 22nd August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 887, in Volume DI, Folio 906/1958, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Ahmed Gelle Mohammed, of P.O. Box 30815–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Andrew Mwangi Njuguna, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Andrew Mwangi Njuguna, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Ahmed Gelle Mohammed, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Ahmed Gelle Mohammed only.
