APPOINTMENT
IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by Article 179 (2) (b) of
the Constitution of Kenya, sections 30 (2) (e), (f), 31 (d) and 35 of the
County Governments Act 2012, I, George Natembeya, Governor of the
County Government of Trans Nzoia, appoint the following persons
named in the first column of the schedule to be Members of the
County Executive Committee for the departments specified in the
second column of the Schedule.
