PURSUANT to Standing Order No. 27 (3) of the County Assembly of Busia Standing Orders, it is notified for the information of Members of the County Assembly and the general public that there shall be special sittings of the County Assembly to be held on Thursday, 25th September, 2025, at 9.00 a.m. and on Friday, 26th September, 2025 at 9.00 a.m, at the Busia County Assembly Buildings. The business to be transacted at the special sittings shall be: Thursday, 25th September, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. Tabling of the Budget and Appropriation Committee Report on the Busia County Annual Development Plan, for the Financial Year 2026/2027. Friday, 26th September, 2025 at 9.00 a.m. Debate of the Budget and Appropriation Committee Report on the Busia County Annual Development Plan for the Financial Year 2026/2027. In accordance with Standing Order 27 (4) of the County Assembly of Busia Standing Orders, the business specified in this notice shall be the only business before the County Assembly during the special sittings.
