IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 66 (1) (b) of the Water Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Water, Sanitation and Irrigation appoints— JANE WAMBUI MUCHERU to be a Member of the Board of Directors of the Athi Water Works Development Agency as established vide Legal Notice No. 28 of 2019, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 15th August, 2025.
