THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Justus Githogori Kariuki, of P.O. Box 2582–80100, Mombasa in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0654 hectare or thereabouts, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, known as plot No. 3484/VI/MN, registered as CR. 16295, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of title thereof has been lost, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenta, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period, as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
