WHEREAS (1) Sunil Tilakram Sachdeva, of Postnet Kgale Post Office AD6 Postcode ADD Gaborone Botswana, (2) Pushpa Sachdeva and (3) Pushpa Saigal Ramlabaya Saigal, of P.O. Box 14125–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, are registered as proprietors Lessees of all that Apartment No. B41 erected on piece of land known as L.R. No. 1870/III/554, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 107143/1, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a replacement title provided that no objection has been received within that period.
