REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Yassin Mohamed Noordin, (2) Charagi Noordin, as the administrators of Mohamed Noordin alias Mohamed Noordin Mohamed (deceased), (3) Abuu Amani Kibwana and (4) Shani Amani Kibwana, as administrators to the estate of Amani Kibwana (deceased), are registered as proprietors in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 5.0 hectares or thereabout, situate in Kilifi County, known as Kaloleni/Vishakani/251 and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed issued thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed as provided under section 33 (5) of the Act.
