REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Feng Hui Zhu, of P.O. Box 10340–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 209/20048, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 159852/1, and whereas, and whereas Prime Bank Limited executed a transfer by charge and charge documents in favour of Financial and Property Consultants Limited, of P.O. Box 14459–00800, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas an affidavit has been filed pursuant to section 31 as evidence that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiry of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof I shall dispense with the production of the lease and register the transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
