REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sukhraj Investments Limited, of P.O. Box 47845– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that parcel of land known as L.R. No. 209/11092/7, situate in the city of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of a lease, registered as I.R. 69922/1, and whereas Sukhraj Investments Limited executed a transfer document in favour of Kingswood Apartments Limited, of P.O. Box 47845–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said lease has been misplaced, notice is given that after the expiration of fourteen (14) days from the date hereof, I shall dispense with the production of the lease and register the transfer provided that no objection has been received within that period.
