THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Chege Chahu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nakuru, known as Solai/Ndungiri Block 3/1468, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 234 of 1999, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Rose Wangui Gacheru, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Chahu (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instrument of transmission of L.R.A. 50 and issue land title deed to the said Rose Wangui Gacheru, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Chege Chahu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
