THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS (1) Everlyne Anyika (deceased) and (2) Charles Mboba Tokoyi (deceased), are registered as proprietors of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Kakamega East, known as Isukha/Shitochi/3116, and whereas in Succession Cause No. E132 and E133 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Casper Tokoyi Mkomba, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the (1) Everlyne Anyika (deceased) and (2) Charles Mboba Tokoyi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and L.R.A. 7 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said (1) Everlyne Anyika (deceased) and (2) Charles Mboba Tokoyi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
