THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Mungai Ngae (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in district of Kiambu, known as Dagoretti/Uthiru/T.118, and whereas in the High Court of Kenya at Nairobi in Succession Cause No. 1611 of 2006, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Jane Wanjiku Mwangi, (2) George Mbugua Mungai, (3) Wilfred Ndumbi Mungai and(4) John Kabiru Mungai, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mungai Ngae (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Mungai Ngae (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
