THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Peter Ruhiu Ngure (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.6794 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Kiriita Mairo Inya Block 2(Ngaindeithia and Ndemi)/2354, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Nyahururu in Succession Cause No. 306 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Obadiah Ngure Ruhiu (ID/1392224), and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Ruhiu Ngure (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the registration of the said instruments of transmission of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Peter Ruhiu Ngure (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
