GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11359

WHEREAS Helen Wamaitha Mwangi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Laikipia, known as Sosian/Sosian Block 3/797 (Maundu Ni Meri), and whereas in the Chief Magistrates Court at Nakuru in Succession Cause No. 170 of 2017, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Judith Muthoni Wambugu, and whereas the said title deed issued earlier to the said Helen Wamaitha Mwangi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 19 and issue a land title deed to Judith Muthoni Wambugu, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Helen Wamaitha Mwangi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
