THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Njeru Njiru alias Ezekiel Njeru Njiru (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 1.21 hectares or thereabout, situate in the district of Embu, known as Ngandori/Kirigi/1104, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Embu in Succession Cause No. E203 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Mary Margaret Muthoni Kariuki, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Njeru Njiru alias Ezekiel Njeru Njiru (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of transmission and issue a land title deed to the said Mary Margaret Muthoni Kariuki, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Njeru Njiru alias Ezekiel Njeru Njiru (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
