THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Milcah Nyakairu Otieno (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all those pieces of land containing 0.0403 hectare or thereabouts, each, situate in the district of Naivasha, known as Naivasha/Maraigushu Block 11/3260, 11/3261, and 11/3262, respectively, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Naivasha in Succession Cause No. E158 of 2023, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of George Otieno Nyang’or, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Milcah Nyakairu Otieno (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said grant document and issue a land title deed and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Milcah Nyakairu Otieno (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
