REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Epainito Adero Makenzi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.29 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the sub-county of Vihiga, known as S/Maragoli/Magui/447, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Vihiga in Succession Cause No. 16 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Carolyne Jemo Makenzi, and whereas the said 5582 5582 Carolyne Jemo Makenzi has executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of Carolyne Jemo Makenzi, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Epainito Adero Makenzi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
