GAZETTE NOTICE NO. 11364

WHEREAS Jamin Masiza Kyavulimu (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land containing 0.13 hectare or thereabouts, situate in the sub-county of Sabatia, known as North Maragoli/Gavudia/117, and whereas in the Senior Principal Magistrate’s Court at Hamisi in Succession Cause No. E113 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Solomon Ivusa Changilwa and (2) Jairo Evusa Masitsa, and whereas the said (1) Solomon Ivusa Changilwa and (2) Jairo Evusa Masitsa have executed an application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in respect of the said piece of land, and whereas the land title deed has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the application to be registered as proprietor by transmission in favour of (1) Solomon Ivusa Changilwa and (2) Jairo Evusa Masitsa, and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Jamin Masiza Kyavulimu (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
