REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Benjamin Kipketer Tai alias Kipketer arap Tai alias Kipketer arap Tayi (deceased), is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the district of Nandi, known as Nandi/Chemase/1, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Kapsabet in Succession Cause No. E2 of 2021, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of (1) Boaz Kipkosgei Keter, (2) Joseph Kimeli Keter, (3) Julius Kipkoech Tai and (4) Tai Nancy Jeruto, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Benjamin Kipketer Tai alias Kipketer arap Tai alias Kipketer arap Tayi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Benjamin Kipketer Tai alias Kipketer arap Tai alias Kipketer arap Tayi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
