REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Kiprono Chebii alias Kiprono Cheboi (deceased), of P.O. Box 142, Kapcherop in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Elgeyo/Marakwet, known as Cherangany/Kapcherop/1650, and whereas in the Principal Magistrate’s Court at Iten in Succession Cause No. E41 of 2024, has issued grant of letters of administration and certificate of confirmation of grant in favour of Paul Kiptoo Kiprono, of P.O. Box 142, Kapcherop in the Republic of Kenya, and whereas the said land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiprono Chebii alias Kiprono Cheboi (deceased), has been reported missing or lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provided no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to dispense with the production of the said land title deed and proceed with registration of the said instruments of L.R.A. 39 and L.R.A. 42 and upon such registration the land title deed issued earlier to the said Kiprono Chebii alias Kiprono Cheboi (deceased), shall be deemed to be cancelled and of no effect.
