REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Sixus Omare Ondumbe, is registered as proprietor of all that piece of land, situate in the county of Migori, known as Kamagambo/Kabuoro/10611, and whereas in the Chief Magistrate’s Court at Rongo in MCELC No. E12 of 2023, has issued a Court Order for the annulling/Cancellation of entry in the name of Sixus Omare Ondumbe and the land title deed issued on the land register Kamagambo/Kabuoro/10611, if the land title deed issued to Sixus Omare Ondumbe is not surrendered after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof shall be deemed null and void and of no effect.
