WHEREAS Kalama Jefwa Chai, of P.O. Box 40218, Mtwapa in the Republic of Kenya, was issued with a provisional certificate of title L.R.A. No. 1651/III/MN, containing 1.132 hectares or thereabout, registered as C.R. 46520 vide deed of indemnity dated 19th September, 2023, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to establish that a cancellation has been issued section 79(i) of the Land Registration Act. the provisional title issued to Kalama Jefwa Chai is cancelled and expunged from the register and has no legal effect thereof.
