NOTICE is given that at the expiry of thirty (30) days from the date of of this publication, the National Land Commission (NLC) on behalf of the County Government of Kiambu intends to regularize tenure of parcel Githunguri/Kimathi/T.17, containing 0.0931 hactare or thereabouts, in Kiambu, for Agricultural use (subject to terms, covenants, conditions and reservations which shall be included in the conveyance document) in accordance with section 14 of the Land Act 2012. Any interested person wishing to raise any comments may do so to the Chairman, National Land Commission within fifteen (15) days from the date of this publication. In the absence of any valid objections, the allocation shall take place at the Commission’s offices in Nairobi (316 Upper Hill 5584 5584 Chambers, 2nd Ngong Avenue) as from 2.30 p.m. on the next working day following the expiry of this notice. The terms of allocation are available at the Commission’s offices in Nairobi and at the office of the National Land Commission County Co-ordinator in Kiambu County. The land is planned and surveyed and ownership details may be inspected at the offices of the CECM in charge of Lands for Kiambu County, Director of Surveys in Nairobi and National Land Commission offices during working hours.
