Pursuant to the provisions of section 49 (1) of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019, notice is given that the preparation of the above plan was on the 26th July, 2025 completed. The plan relates to land located in Murinduko Ward, Mwea Sub-county Kirinyaga County. A copy of the plan as prepared has been deposited for public inspection free of charge at the County Headquarters, Office of the County Director of Physical Planning, first floor, room B4 and Kanjinji Police Post any day of the week within official working hours. 15th August, 2025 THE KENYA GAZETTE Any interested person who wishes to make any representation in connection with or objection to the above Plan may within sixty days send the same to the County Executive Committee Member, Lands, Physical Planning and Urban Development, P.O Box 260 – 10304, Kutus or via email landskirinyaga@gmail.com and such representations or comments shall state the grounds upon which they are made.
