NOTICE is hereby given pursuant to provision of section 5 and the first and the third schedule of the Disposal of Uncollected Goods Act (Cap.38) laws of Kenya. Under instructions from our client, Alice Wangui Mwaniki (Landlord), of P.O. Box 30599-00100, Nairobi. To the owner(s) of the Skelton Trailer Registration No. ZB 4644, Side door Trailer without axle no tyres registration No. ZD 2061 and 40 feet container Maersk sealand container No. MSKU 6832364 42 Gi ic 87; all lying uncollected at the premises of Alice Wangui Mwaniki, plot No. L.R. No. 28318/15 situated in Ruiru in Kiambu Couny. To take delivery of the said Trailers and 40 feet container from the respective premises as herein above within twenty one (21) days from the date of this publication, upon payment of all charges pertaining to the said trailers and 40 feet container including the cost of this notice, failure to which the said Trailers and 40 feet container will be disposed by the way of public auction or private treaty without further notice or reference to the owner(s).
