NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 7th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 430, in Volume D1, Folio 246/1745, File No. MMXXV, by our client, (1) Maina Muchara and (2) Jackline Indagwa Sereta (guardians) on behalf of Mwangi Maina Muchara (minor), formerly known as Ethan Mwangi Maina Muchara, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Ethan Mwangi Maina Muchara, and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mwangi Maina Muchara, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Mwangi Maina Muchara only.
