NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 5th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 212, in Volume DI, Folio 242/1713, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mary Stacey Kalondu Kiio, of P.O. Box 33– 00216, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Kalondu Kiio, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Kalondu Kiio and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Stacey Kalondu Kiio, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Stacey Kalondu Kiio only.
