NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 23rd July, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 995, in Volume DI, Folio 223/1446, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Mary Njeri Waithira, of P.O. Box 241– 10101, Karatina in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Mary Njeri Waithira Muchemi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Mary Njeri Waithira Muchemi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Mary Njeri Waithira, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Mary Njeri Waithira only.
