Box 83, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Claudia Sakova Mcdermott, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of her former name Claudia Sakova Mcdermott and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Claudia Sakova, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address her by her assumed name Claudia Sakova only.
