NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 21st May, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 786, in Volume DI, Folio 146/801, File No. MMXXV, by our client, Erick Mokaya, of P.O. Box 37746–00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Erick Mokaya Mokaya, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Erick Mokaya Mokaya and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Erick Mokaya, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Erick Mokaya only.
