NOTICE is given that by a deed poll dated 11th August, 2025, duly executed and registered in the Registry of Documents at Nairobi as Presentation No. 906, in Volume DI, Folio 113/1320, File No. MMXXIV, by our client, Abdulaziz Rashid, of P.O. Box 214–10200, Murang’a in the Republic of Kenya, formerly known as Daniel Chege Ngugi, formally and absolutely renounced and abandoned the use of his former name Daniel Chege Ngugi and in lieu thereof assumed and adopted the name Abdulaziz Rashid, for all purposes and authorizes and requests all persons at all times to designate, describe and address him by his assumed name Abdulaziz Rashid only.
