REGISTRATION

WHEREAS James Mungai Gachuhu (ID/0894977), is registered as proprietor in ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.468 hectare or thereabouts, known as Nyandarua/Ol Aragwa/5239, situate in the Nyandarua County, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said land title deed has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, I shall issue a new land title deed provided that no objection has been received within that period.
