PURSUANT to Standing Order Nos. 28 (1), (2), (3), (4) and 196 of the Second Schedule of the County Assembly of Nyamira Standing Orders, it is notified for the Members of the County Assembly of Nyamira and the general public that there shall be a special sitting for the County Assembly of Nyamira on Tuesday, 5th August, 2025 at 9.30 a.m. to consider— (a) the Report of the Committee on Health Services on Nyamira County Health Facilities Improvement Bill, 2025; (b) the Nyamira County Community Health Services (Amendment) Bill, 2025; (c) the Nyamira County Revolving Health Products and Technologies Financing Bill, 2025; and (d) the Report of the Committee on Environment, Water, Energy, Mining and Natural Resources on the Petition of Ekerubo – Kemera Water Project.
