IN EXERCISE of the powers conferred by section 20 (2) (g) of the Tourism Act, as read together with section 51 (1) of the Interpretation and General Provisions Act, the Cabinet Secretary for Tourism and Wildlife appoints— MARK RABUDI to be a member of the Council of the Kenya Utalii College, for a period of three (3) years, with effect from the 20th January, 2025.
