THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Taher Ahmed Abdulrehman, of P.O. Box 106, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0186 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1956/210, situate in Voi Township in Taita Taveta District, registered as C.R. 15628, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I shall issue a provisional certificate of title provided that no objection has been received within that period as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
