REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Patcmack Investments Limited, is registered as proprietor in leasehold ownership interest of all that piece of land known as Subdivision No. 1905/II/MN, registered as C.R. 23219, situate in Mombasa Municipality in Mombasa District, and whereas the High Court at Malindi in ELC No. 27 of 2027 has vested the above-mentioned parcel to Mohamed Safari Kazungu, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the said certificate of lease thereof has been lost, notice is given that after the expiration of thirty (30) days from the date hereof I shall proceed to reconstruct the above lost land register.
