THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

(No. 3 of 2012)

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Nathan Muema Masyuko, as administrator of the estate of Joyce Mwikali Masyuko (deceased), of P.O. Box 42826– 00100, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is the registered proprietor of all that piece of land known as L.R. No. 1/764, situate in the City of Nairobi in the Nairobi Area, by virtue of an Indenture of Conveyance registered as Volume N55, Folio 133/4, File 16880, and whereas the land register in respect thereof is lost or destroyed, and whereas all efforts made to locate the said land register have failed, and whereas the administrators and the co-owner have indemnified the Government of the Republic of Kenya from and against all claims that may be made after the reconstruction of the register, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, the land register shall be reconstructed under provisions of section 33 (5), provided that no objection has been received within that period.
