REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Taher Ahmed Abdulrehman, of P.O. Box 106, Voi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered as proprietor leasehold interest of all that piece of land containing 0.0186 hectare or thereabouts, known as L.R. No. 1956/210, situate in Voi Township in Taita Taveta District, registered as C.R. 15628, whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the deed file register in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof provided that no objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of Land Registration Act.
