THE LAND REGISTRATION ACT

REGISTRATION

WHEREAS Charles Tiburcion Martin Lobo, of P.O. Box 11227, Nairobi in the Republic of Kenya, is registered proprietor in freehold ownership interest of all that piece of land containing 0.08341 acre or thereabouts, known as Mombasa/Block XVI/142, situate in Mombasa Municipality in the Mombasa District, and whereas sufficient evidence has been adduced to show that the green card in respect of the title has been lost or destroyed, and whereas the owner has executed a deed of indemnity in favour of the Government of the Republic of Kenya, notice is given that after the expiration of sixty (60) days from the date hereof, provide that no valid objection has been received within that period, I intend to proceed with the registration of the said instrument of indemnity and reconstruct the deed file as provided under section 33 (3) of the Act.
